Your worth is not found in how beautiful you are.
Your worth is not found in how much money you have.
Your worth is not found in how successful you are.
Your worth is not found in how intelligent you are.
Your worth is not found in how influential you are.
Your worth is not found in how many friends you have.
Your worth is not found in how many degrees you have.
Your worth is not found in all of your accomplishments.
Your worth is not found in how much weight you lose.
Your worth is not found in how much hair you have.
Your worth is not found in what kind of car you drive.
Your worth is not found in the size of your home.
Your worth is not found in how cute your children are.
Your worth is not found in your political affiliation.
Your worth is not found in how much work you finished today.
Your worth is not found in your title at work.
Your worth is not found in how stylish your clothes are.
Your worth is not found in how many people like you or love you.
Your worth is found in one thing, and one thing alone.
Jesus.
Your life has incredible worth just by virtue of you being you. Regardless of any of those other factors listed above, Jesus proclaimed that your life has infinite worth by choosing to die on the cross for your sins. His choice to die for your sins was not attached to any of the factors listed above. Not one of them. They never even came across His radar screen.
End of story.
I have incredible worth.
You have incredible worth.
We all have incredible worth.
Your worth can’t be added to by your success.
Your worth can’t be reduced by your failures.
Your worth is defined by Jesus Christ.
He has called us friend.
He has washed our feet.
He has paid the ultimate price for us…. His life.
You play no role in increasing or decreasing your worth.
How would your life change if you really, truly, honestly, wholeheartedly, believed this without question?
